| Custom Rules | Please note the customer is responsible for clearing the export documents with the local CBP office in Brunswick.
The terminal will not accept the original title or bill of sale.
Submissions to Customs must include the following:
-Original vehicle title or original bill of sale with 1 copy (front & back)
-Dock Receipt with 1 copy (front & back) with Port of Loading, Booking number, Vehicle Identification Number(VIN), ITN Number, Date of Export
-Cover Letter from Individual sending titles (Letter of Intent).
Documentation must be submitted to CBP 72 hours (3 working days) prior to the exporting vessel sailing. Weekends, Holiday's and date of receipt are not to be counted.
* Please note cargo must also meet the 72 hour rule. Even though the paperwork and cargo are being delivered separately, they both must meet the 72 hour requirement.
