Original documents must be submitted to our office in the following order for CBP clearance. - Original title - 2 copies of the dock receipt - A copy of the title (front and back) along with copies of any other paperwork (reassignment sheets, releases of lien, repo document, etc) * Dock receipts submitted for CBP clearance must not have the reference 'c/o', 'dba', or 'As agent for' listed within the shipper or consignee fields. For cargo clearing under a bill of sale. Please provide the documents in the same order as shown above for title submission. * The original bill of sale must have an original notary on it along with the year, make and model of the unit. * CBP requires a bona fide transaction clause for all cargo clearing under a bill of sale. If the bona fide transaction clause is not included on the bill of sale, it must be on the seller's letterhead along with the serial number and include a signature - CBP requires the original document. A driver making delivery to the Höegh Terminal must possess a valid TWIC card or obtain a TWIC escort. TWIC escort providers: Port Storage and Delivery: (904) 757-5055 In addition to a TWIC card, the driver will be permitted to access the Jacksonville Port Authority facility a maximum of 5 times within a 90 day period without a JAXPORT ID. If the driver needs access more than 5 times within a 90 day period, they will be required to obtain a JAXPORT ID.
