This will generate an ATB Number which is a customs reference number. Enabling us to comply with this new rule ALL UNITS NEED TO BE DOCUMENTED IN CHAIN, i.e. B/L has to be created and printed (to be grey) and a VIN number (definately no "." dots) has to be inserted. Otherwise the data can not be transmitted to the software. The manifest does not need to be issued. This information needs to be available BEFORE vessel's arrival!!!
